Camper Criteria
McArthur Squash Camps are open to players aged 13 to 18 years old (or 12 to 21 years old if participating as a day camper), and are open to all skill levels. Due to NCAA regulations, free or reduced priced admission cannot be offered to any prospective student-athlete.
Application Process
If you would like to participate in one of the three camp weeks, please click on the appropriate date above to be taken to the online application. Filling out the online form is your official request to participate in the camp, but it does not guarantee you a slot. Upon submission of the online application, one of our camp administrators will email you within 7 days with all of the additional forms that need to be submitted, along with information on how to submit payment. Your place on the camps is only guaranteed after all of the appropriate forms have been received and payment has been made.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received by email which will usually be acknowledged within 72 hours.
June Camps: 90% reimbursement of all fees paid if cancelled on any date up to and including April 19, 2020 | 50% reimbursement of all fees paid if cancelled on or between April 20 and May 17, 2020 | No reimbursement for cancellation after May 18, 2020
July Camp: 90% reimbursement of all fees paid if cancelled on or any date up to and including May 16, 2020 | 50% reimbursement of all fees paid if cancelled on or between May 17 and June 21, 2020 | No reimbursement for cancellation on or after June 22, 2020
